In the Mindful Class you learn to pay attention to the NOW. You learn to listen to your body and accept what is. Without judgement. You become kinder to yourself and give yourself time to reflect on how you feel and what you are doing. Time to recover, to regain balance in instead of just running. And if you now think:I don't have time for that at all?! You will soon notice that by taking this time you will keep your right  time .
