MINDFULNESS AND CUSTOMIZED GUIDANCE

We go through life zapping and have the attention span of a goldfish. Check with yourself: are you reading this text? Or do you scan it briefly for keywords and quick answers. There is a chance that you will skip important information. Moreover, we are all unique and there are no quick fixes that apply to everyone.

 

Mindful Class in Amsterdam combines attention training with personal guidance in life, learning and teaching. Geared to everyone's personal development and stage of life. Mindful Class trains you to be alert to yourself and your environment. Because of this you will record everything you learn and experience better and remember it for longer.

 

By being aware of what you feel and think you can better understand, accept, let go and trust your behavior, emotions and desires.

Mindful Class is for children, young people, parents, teachers and students in Amsterdam and surroundings.

WHAT ATTENTION GETS GROWTH

Mindfulness teaches you to be present with full attention in the here and NOW. Not in the past or the future, but in the present. Experience what you feel now and be aware of life as it is, with all the beautiful and less beautiful moments.
